Here are the final numbers
heading into this Saturday (1/26/08) for Tournament XXIV.
Show-time/Set-up:
9:00 am
Once you arrive, look for the guy in the Vikings jersey... that will be Nate. He'll provide you with your Door Prize Card and a rebate for any equipment that you furnished for this event. Station set-up will be completed during this half hour... so if you're bringing equipment, please ensure to be there with it by 9:00 a.m.
9:30 am
We’ll all gather around for some preliminary info about the clubhouse, when food arrives and to provide info about how many BYES will be available based on our final head count.
Ron, our event co-founder, will draw numbers. Each number drawn will be one of those held by each of us on the Door Prize card that you’ll receive when you arrive. For instance he’ll say, Bracket One: and will call two numbers, the first being the Home Team. When the two guys who have those numbers get called, they will then go to the first available station to begin their Main Tournament, Round One game at the All-Pro Level. And so it will go from there until the entirety of the Brackets have been filled by the field of players. If BYES are involved,which they will, he’ll call BYE ROUND, Slot One, and whomever he calls, will await the winner of the round that preceeds him.
For those who lose in the first round, they’ll move on to the Consolation Bracket where they’ll go through the same procedure with Ron for the ten players that bounce out of first round action. The number of players who lose in round one sits at ten currently, based upon 26 players.

From this point on, we'll all be playing head-2-head matchups at the All Pro Level; for (4) 5-minute quarters.

there are: 11 seats available!!!
This Tournament will be comprised of those (11)
players who wash out in the 1st Round of the Main Tournament, and will begin right after the conclusion of the first round. We would like to
extend this opportunity to anyone who goes, 'One
and Out',
no matter how high he's ranked... but it appears that if that were to take place,
that would delay the start of the Consolation Rounds by two hours.
